Processing principles
1. Controller
The operator of this website and the controller of personal data is FITT&KO, s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 51971895. For data protection matters, contact us at contact@fittko.eu or by phone at +421 908 414 810.
2. What data we process, why and for how long
- Enquiries from the form and e-mails – name, e-mail, optionally phone number, club or company, what you are interested in and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply to you and prepare a proposal for cooperation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; for representatives of clubs and companies, our legitimate interest in communicating with clients. Retention: for the duration of the communication and no longer than 2 years after the last message if no contract is concluded.
- Client contracts and invoicing – identification, contact and billing details. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations. Retention: for the term of the contract, accounting records for 10 years from the end of the year, other data until the limitation periods expire.
- Website operation and security – IP address, time of the request, visited address and browser type in server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website. Retention: no longer than 30 days.
3. Cookies and analytics
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent. Your choice of light or dark theme and your cookie decision are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us. If we enable traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4), it loads only after you consent in the cookie bar, and you can change your choice at any time via the link in the website footer. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to processors who provide hosting, e-mail, IT and accounting services for us under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. We process data in the EU; transfers outside the European Economic Area are only possible with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to contact@fittko.eu – we will handle it free of charge within one month at the latest. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
6. Further information
Providing your data is voluntary; without contact details, however, we cannot reply to you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects. We update this policy from time to time – the current version is always available on this page.
